How to Send Us Your Tool

  1. Complete the Request a Rebuild Form: Complete the request a rebuild prompt at the bottom of the page. Fill out your company information, tool models, and the specific issues you are experiencing.

  2. Submit Your Request Form: Click Submit after filling out the form so our team can log your incoming shipment. Include a physical copy inside the shipping box with your tools.

  3. Mail Your Equipment: Package your tools securely and ship them to our mailing address:

Our Rebuild & Billing Process

To maintain absolute transparency and compliance for both our commercial and defense clients, we follow a strict milestone process:

  1. 3-Day Professional Evaluation: Once your equipment arrives, our team takes up to 3 business days to perform a complete diagnostic teardown and email you a formal estimate.

  2. Purchase Order (PO) Authorization: We stand down on all repairs until your company issues an official Purchase Order. No physical work will be accomplished without your prior authorization.

  3. Completion & Fulfillment: Once the tools pass our zero-defect quality inspection, your equipment will be carefully packaged and shipped back to your facility.

  4. Payments: Your invoice will be issued electronically once the work is complete.  The tools will be shipped once the invoice is paid, unless prior arrangements are made before the rebuild process has started.
