Because we spent the prior decade using them to their limits, we understand the exact engineering tolerances, internal mechanics, and high-wear areas required to ensure maximum tool longevity. Our Family Team

  • David Roberson – CEO David leads RLC Tool Supply with decades of technical expertise. His professional background spans years of critical work within industry giants like Raytheon and Lockheed Martin, moving from the precision of an aerospace structural mechanic to the strict oversight of a Quality Engineering department. David’s deep understanding of risk mitigation and defect resolution shapes the rigorous inspection standards of our entire inventory.   

  • Ryan Roberson – Head of Rebuilds & Marketing Representing the next generation of the family business, David's son, Ryan, has been an integral part of the operations since 2020. Ryan manages our factory-grade tool rebuild division and heads our marketing strategies, ensuring our clients receive fast turnaround times, transparent communication, and unparalleled mechanical reliability.   

  • Alicia Roberson – Head of Customer Service & Financials Alicia oversees the core operational and financial health of the company while anchoring our customer-first philosophy. Managing both our financial division and our corporate customer relations, Alicia ensures a seamless experience for purchasing agents, defense contractors, and commercial clients alike—from initial quotes to final asset delivery.
